 The Deadwood Ramblers have now posted sample songs on the left side bar for your listening pleasure. The trio has chosen to release a few songs that we felt covered the essence of our sound, which is roots infused acoustic music.  1. Driftin Blues - We are proud to perform a song by one of the greatest blues legends of all time, Charles Brown. This tune was originally recorded in 1945 when he was a member of the Johnny Moore's Three Blazers. The trio here presents the song in a rambunctious performance.      2. You Never Even Called Me By My Name - Country music along with the blues and jazz comprises the original roots music of America. This song originally written by Steve Goodman in 1971 and later made popular by David Allen Coe is a favorite among country music enthusiasts.
